Return Policy

· Our return policy abides by Australian Consumer Law.

· If you receive a faulty product

o Please inform us within 14 days of purchase with clear images and description of the issue.

o We will cover the return postage of faulty products and either refund your payment or replace the item.

o Any faulty items are sent to our laboratory for investigation and improvement procedures.

o The consumer must ensure that the care instructions must be followed. (For example, some customers prefer to wash the items as soon as they open. In this case, the washing instructions must be followed.)

· If you change your mind:

o We do accept returns on change of mind as long as:

§ The items is not opened, used, washed as due to hygiene principals we won’t be able to restock opened and used items and they will be disposed.

o Return postage must be trackable and is at buyer’s cost.

o A full refund of the item cost (excluding postages) will be provided within 24 hours of receiving the item.

· If your item is faulty after using it:

o If you did everything right, followed the care instructions but your item lost its properties within a year. Then please contact our customer care to discuss how we can investigate this and assist you with the best outcome.
